Join us for our NGO Academy Online Keynote with Alnoor Ebrahim revealing what to do when impact measurement does more harm than good!

Is there a dark side to accountability? Can metrics of social impact sometimes do more harm than good? Join Professor Alnoor Ebrahim for a conversation on metrics of social impact and the conditions under which they can both help or harm organizations in delivering on their missions. He will provide a framework for measuring social change that goes beyond the current obsession with outcomes, and towards more strategic forms of measurement and accountability.

Alnoor Ebrahim is a Professor of Management at The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, and the Tisch College of Civic Life, at Tufts University. He is author of the award-winning book, Measuring Social Change: Performance and Accountability in a Complex World (Stanford University Press).
