About the workshop

In this seminar you will learn how to improve your own time management. We will talk about the most important principle and the biggest mistake when it comes to time management. You will get to know the 4 steps of the PREP model and train your time management skills with proven techniques such as the Eisenhower Method and the Pareto Principle

This workshop will provide you with the necessary understanding of the concepts and tools required to

• Improving your own time management (thereby gaining individual time)
• Improving personal self-organization (including building habits)
• Learn and use prioritization strategies
• Sharpen your own work focus: think in results (goals), not in tasks (ways)
• Understand the Pareto principle (80/20 rule) and be able to use it to solve particular problems
• Divide goals into milestones, break them down into individual work packages and schedule them with a deadline (considering the 60/40 rule and the performance graph)
• Improve collaboration with other people (delegating, micromanagement, dealing with other people's priorities)
