TRE® (Tension, Stress & Trauma Release Exercises) Discovery Session

Flora Sarlos

Come and discover how to help your body to process and release accumulated stress in a natural way.

Jurányi u. 1

Come and discover Dr. David Berceli’s body-based method, TRE® — Tension, Stress &amp; Trauma Release Exercises. This practice supports our natural self-healing capacity and helps the body process and release accumulated stress in a natural way. What is TRE®?Have you ever seen a dog start trembling during New Year’s fireworks? Or a bird that, after flying into a window, lies still for a while and then shakes? Have you ever trembled after a shock or stressful event? These are all natural responses — the body’s way of helping us discharge and “shake out” tension. The TRE® technique activates this ancient wisdom within us.Structure of the class - check in round - what is TRE®? What is neurogenic tremor? - gentle warm-up practices &amp; first bodily experience about TRE® - integration - open discussion (sharing about the first experience, benefits of TRE® practise, questions, etc.)Date &amp; Venue: 24 August (Monday) 17:00-18:45 Jurányi House, 1027 Budapest, Jurányi u. 1.The workshop will be held in English, open for anyone.Registration: <a href="https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fforms.gle%2FVkdA3RYvzhSkEYjS6%3Ffbclid%3DIwcGRvZgFleHRuA2FlbQIxMABzcnRjBmFwcF9pZBAyMjIwMzkxNzg4MjAwODkyAAEe9aCoU_q094M7AHzMpBPxSQho0y4Ns6f1m1AUsJQYvzEjz6RvmlQkLpuKUAU_aem_oAzZ_pjiesnCUCklwlw9BA&amp;h=AUCO-mPGhnWN58rJukeypCmqAfaEzrNj30xaMt3ekxbkY8Zx2HuWXVTwXYwTD2YhlLn3ByCMOJikHXjdoZWaFnbTgUekWz5VSYpq70AN07E7hDo1_XV7mkBhIsqlrX9RxWoKRLiKkIBi_4tcNl8&amp;__tn__=q&amp;c[0]=AUCFSbKD6MRtklGMi1fpLT8_vSbcSItI6iCOUeI1IFo_G2k2b8EdSPJbHJKGzYLOcr-Zf0zqziJfFOfecyXaHFFnsNCIeIszI-vedVtBUd96uzGE0sshNZw47Mbt1eef0_ClMRFGMJvBpmvmIrYhzb_C2Tb8K0lF6pc" title="https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fforms.gle%2FVkdA3RYvzhSkEYjS6%3Ffbclid%3DIwcGRvZgFleHRuA2FlbQIxMABzcnRjBmFwcF9pZBAyMjIwMzkxNzg4MjAwODkyAAEe9aCoU_q094M7AHzMpBPxSQho0y4Ns6f1m1AUsJQYvzEjz6RvmlQkLpuKUAU_aem_oAzZ_pjiesnCUCklwlw9BA&amp;h=AUCO-mPGhnWN58rJukeypCmqAfaEzrNj30xaMt3ekxbkY8Zx2HuWXVTwXYwTD2YhlLn3ByCMOJikHXjdoZWaFnbTgUekWz5VSYpq70AN07E7hDo1_XV7mkBhIsqlrX9RxWoKRLiKkIBi_4tcNl8&amp;__tn__=q&amp;c[0]=AUCFSbKD6MRtklGMi1fpLT8_vSbcSItI6iCOUeI1IFo_G2k2b8EdSPJbHJKGzYLOcr-Zf0zqziJfFOfecyXaHFFnsNCIeIszI-vedVtBUd96uzGE0sshNZw47Mbt1eef0_ClMRFGMJvBpmvmIrYhzb_C2Tb8K0lF6pc" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://forms.gle/VkdA3RYvzhSkEYjS6</a>If you have any questions or if you don’t receive an email within 48 hours of registration, please write to floraintheflow@gmail.comPrice &amp;
