VI3NNA Declaration 2026 Press Conference

Yield Public Relations GmbH

A press conference which discusses the VI3NNA Declaration 2026 – a position paper on the future of digital European finance

Europe is at a crossroads. Digital assets and tokenized finance are reshaping global capital markets at speed — and the question for Europe is no longer whether to participate, but how to lead. The frameworks exist; what has been missing is a shared, industry-driven strategy to turn regulation into real economic growth, investment, and competitiveness for the continent.Who sets Europe's agenda on digital finance? And what would it take to turn the promises of MiCA and other regulatory frameworks into measurable economic impact? These are the questions at the heart of the VI3NNA Declaration 2026 – the first industry-led position paper of its kind in European digital finance. Developed by the financial institutions, investors, and regulators who convened at the invitation-only VI3NNA Congress in Vienna this May and shaped together with academic and advisory partners from across Europe, the Declaration sets out a concrete agenda for one goal: generating prosperity for Europe. The stakes are substantial: tokenized real-world assets are projected to reach €16 trillion by 2030. The Declaration addresses how Europe can capture that value – laying out implementable priorities on capital market efficiency, regulatory harmonization, AML compliance, and innovation infrastructure.
