Something exciting is coming to Vienna this November - Vienna Service GovJam Nov '26! ✨
On 5–6 November, we invite you to join us for two days of creativity, experimentation, teamwork and lots of hands-on Service Design.
And this is not just a Vienna event. Jams will be happening in different countries around the world at the same time, so you’ll become part of a much bigger global community- people who care about better services, are curious about how things could work differently, and bring an incredible amount of creative energy into the process.
What you leave with:
- Run a complete Double Diamond cycle, start to finish. Most people spend a career doing fragments of one.
- Documented professional development: two days, roughly 16 hours, applied method.
- Mixed teams by design. You cannot assemble this group by buying a ticket to a conference.
- Evidence to yourself that you can make something real, fast.
- The method comes back into the department with the employee and can be reused immediately.
- The theme is secret and global, revealed at the same moment worldwide. Not even the organisers know it.
No previous Service Design experience is required.
