WIT@Austria Community: AI for Her - From Idea to Impact

AI for Her – From Idea to Impact

How can AI help us solve challenges that women face in everyday life, at work, and in society?

AI for Her is a hands-on workshop where you can explore generative AI and turn your ideas into working prototypes. Using IBM watsonx Code Assistant (Bob), you’ll see how an AI-powered coding assistant can help you go from a simple idea to a real solution — no coding experience required.

After a short introduction to Bob and some real-world examples, you’ll work in small teams on challenges related to women and society. With support from experienced coaches, you’ll use Bob to develop your idea and build your first prototype.

What could you build?

💡 A solution to help women become more financially independent

⚖️ A tool to make invisible work more visible and fairly shared

❤️ A solution for women’s health and everyday needs, such as a cycle tracker

The focus is simple: learn, experiment, build and have fun together. You’ll discover new AI tools, learn new skills, exchange ideas with colleagues and see how quickly an idea can become a prototype.

Who should join?

Anyone interested in AI, innovation and technology. Technical experience is a plus, but no programming experience is needed.
