What is the exact location?

The event is in Kitzbühel, Austria. We invite you to stay in one of our partner hotels. Each event’s meeting point will be posted in the event app ahead of time. We provide transport to/from any mountain chalets.

Question 2

Can I buy a ticket on site and register there?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can! It is not recommended as we use the registrations to coordinate things ahead of time. At the start of the day, we will have check-in locations for those that have already completed registration, where you can purchase a ticket if you have not done so already.

Question 3

Where can I find information about the agenda and schedule?

The agenda and schedule are available on  the B2Match App, but it is also available on the website. In addition, any specific highlights will be posted to our social media pages (LinkedIn and Instagram).

Question 4

How do I get to the different venues?

Accepted Answer

There will be a meeting point posted for each event, where we will meet ahead of time to proceed to the event as a group. Transportation to/from the mountain chalets is provided.

Question 5

How do I register for the different Mountain Chalets and other activities?

Accepted Answer

You can register to all the panels and other events via the B2Match. Some sessions have limited capacities so we invite you to sign up as soon as you can and if you wish to not attend, we would appreciate if you deregistered so that someone else can have the chance to attend the session.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Accepted Answer

There is no specific dress code for the event, except for the Gala Banquet, which is semi-formal wear as befitting of a banquet dinner. We invite you to participate in the traditional clothing of Austria by wearing Lederhosen or a Dirndl but it is not mandatory.

Where do I check in for the event on site?

Accepted Answer

The start of each day will feature a registration/check-in event to ensure that participants have arrived for the World Venture Forum. However, each individual event does not require further registration/check-in. It is up to you to participate in each event as you see fit.

Question 9

How can I request my dietary requirements?

Accepted Answer

For the Gala Banquet dinner, vegan/vegetarian food will be provided, and available for request directly on site. For any additional dietary requirements for other events, please contact Julia Gülden-Zeisberger via julia@venionaire.com!
