It fuses the anchoring qualities of a mindful, body-awareness yoga practice with the emotional resonance of working with your hands and immersing yourself in the earthy, soul-stirring nature of clay.
+ YOGA PRACTICE AT LENDLOFT
Embrace the love for your body. In this tender body awareness practice, delve into the intricate nuances of how each part of your being feels and responds. Amidst the constant chatter of the mind throughout the day, we often overlook the silent wisdom of our physical form. Engage in this exploration with an open heart, inviting curiosity to be your guide.
+ KUNSTHAUS CAFÉ BRUNCH
Vegan Brunch with choice of one beverage
+ CLAY HANDBUILDING WORKSHOP
Delicate. Gentle. Tender. Steady.Redirect your senses from the vibrant external world to embrace the softness of clay. Immerse yourself in the unfolding of this natural process, discovering the nuanced balance of pressure required to mold and shape it in the cradle of your hands. This is your space to commune with your creative essence, guided solely by intuition. We are going to fire and glaze your pieces. As soon as they are ready to be picked up to find a new home, you'll be informed. It usually takes 3-4 weeks.
