Frequently asked questions
Not at all. Many attendees do work in health, innovation, or impact — but this space is open to anyone who feels pulled in many directions and wants to protect their energy before the season kicks off.
No. This is not group therapy. It’s a creative, evidence-based workshop co-designed by a clinical psychologist and a seasoned facilitator with deep expertise in cross-cultural communication and psychological safety. Together, we create a practical and warm space to support resilience.
The workshop will be held in International English, facilitated by fluent non-native English speakers. We use clear, conversational language and create space for everyone to feel comfortable. We can offer light support in Spanish or German if needed, especially during the hands-on activities.
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable. If something comes up, you’re welcome to pass your ticket to a friend or colleague — just let us know their name in advance. We’ll be running more events in the future, so if you miss this one, we hope to see you next time!
