Armenian Community Welfare Centre Limited
• The Armenian Community Welfare Centre (ACWC) was established in 1982 under the auspices of the Armenian Apostolic Church of Australia and New Zealand. What began as a small initiative supporting newly arrived Armenian migrants has grown into a vibrant, community-based organisation offering a wide range of community, and aged-care services.
• Since 2018 — and especially from 2020 onward, despite the challenges of COVID — the Centre has expanded significantly. Today, we provide home care, social support, and community programs not only to the Armenian community, but to anyone in need of care, connection, or companionship.
• We currently support clients in NSW across Sydney’s North Shore, Northern Suburbs, Western suburbs, Southwest, and Southeast. And in Victoria, in Melbourne Metro, Eastern and Southern Metro areas.
