Richmond Toolbank is a nonprofit affiliate that lends tools & equipment to community-based organizations and volunteers. Our tool inventory of over 10,000 tools help fuel our national mission of empowering ambitious goals. Our three main programs at Richmond ToolBank involve Tool Lending, Tool Training, and Volunteer Builds that help our community thrive. Our flagship program Tool Lending provides tools for nonprofits, schools, and civic groups with year-round access to a massive inventory of tools for just 6% of the retail value. Our second program, Building Change, is a one-of-a-kind community give-back experience that empowers volunteers of any age, background or affiliation to build lasting change in their community. Our third program, ToolBOX, offers a series of hands-on home care & DIY workshops to help you develop the knowledge and skills for basic home care & repair; and other meaningful topics led by experts.
