Regulate Studio

REGULATE Studio is Hertfordshire’s first sound-led nervous system studio, based at Battlers Green Farm in Radlett.

Our mission is simple: to help people regulate their nervous systems so they can live, think and feel better.

At REGULATE we combine science-led understanding of the central nervous system and neuroplasticity with soul-led practices including therapeutic sound, breathwork, ritual and energy work.

If a modality doesn’t support nervous system regulation, ground the body or rejuvenate you on a cellular level, it doesn’t happen here.

We host a range of sessions including floating soundbaths, breath and sound journeys, moon ceremonies, nervous system reset sessions, and specialist events for babies, children and teens.

Because regulation isn’t just for adults regulated children and families create regulated homes and communities.

This isn’t wellness fluff.

This is regulation.
