Sisko Chocolate

Sisko Chocolate Studio is an artisan chocolaterie and destination experience based in Trentham, in Victoria’s Central Highlands.

Founded by chocolatier Christina Tantsis, Sisko is renowned for its refined, small-batch chocolate and immersive, design-led experiences. Each creation is handcrafted using premium couverture chocolate, with a focus on flavour, craftsmanship and understated luxury.

Sisko’s events are intentionally intimate and thoughtfully curated, offering guests rare access to a working chocolaterie. From after-hours chocolate evenings to guided tastings and creative experiences, each event is designed to slow the pace and invite guests into the story behind the chocolate.

With a strong connection to place, Sisko Chocolate Studio celebrates regional creativity, local produce and meaningful moments shared around the table.
