I’m a potter, wife, mum of three amazing young men and two overly affectionate pocket-sized dogs, and the hands and heart behind Minky’s Pottery in sunny Perth, Western Australia.
Years ago I fell in love with clay before swapping my wheel for life across deserts, oceans, cultures and the beautiful chaos of raising boys. Those adventures taught me the value of real connection, and I am blessed to return to pottery, sharing the joy of clay. Every piece I make—and every workshop I host—is an invitation to slow down, smile, and enjoy the calming, creative magic of clay.
These days, you’ll find me in my cozy home studio—where slippers are welcome, tea is always brewing and wine is the first miracle—offering intimate workshops that are all about joy, creativity and making beautiful messes. Whether you're a complete beginner or just need a reminder of which end of the clay to squish, come ready to laugh, get messy and create something worth keeping.
