I’m a bellydance and embodied movement facilitator passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through movement.
What began as a dance practice became a powerful part of my own healing journey. Through bellydance, mindful movement, and meditation, I discovered a deeper sense of strength, confidence, and connection within myself.
Today, I share this approach with others by creating a welcoming and supportive space where participants can release tension, move freely, and feel more at home in their bodies — no experience needed.
