Alice Agyemang-Badu, CFP ® ChFC ® CLU ® MSFS

Alice Agyemang-Badu is a trailblazing leader in the financial services industry with over 15 years of experience. Originally from Ghana, where she began advocating for girls' education at age 12, Alice has made significant strides in her career — from starting as a financial professional with New York Life in 2010 to becoming the company’s first Black female Corporate Vice President for the Northeastern Zone.

She’s known for transforming recruiting and retention strategies across 25 offices, creating training programs, and mentoring future leaders. Her leadership has earned her top accolades, including the Val Ivanov Award, a Chairman’s Trophy win, and recognition as a 40 Under Forty honoree and Black Stars Award recipient.

Alice holds advanced financial designations (CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®), multiple FINRA licenses, and a master’s in financial services.

Now based in Southern California, she’s focused on coaching the new generation of financial professionals and managers while continuing to make an impact in the community.
