Andre Koen

Andre Koen, MA. Andre is the Enterprise Program Director for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at Mayo Clinic, where his first-hand knowledge of evidence-based practices, tools, and resources helps him advance Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.

 His work as a K-12 Educator, University Adjunct Professor, County Government Affirmative Action Officer, and Improvisational Comedian provide him with a depth and breadth of experiences to draw from that make his presentations engaging, provocative, informative, and enjoyable.
