Dr Clare Byrne is a Mind-Body Medicine Certified Practitioner, Breath-Body-Mind teacher, Chartered and Registered Psychologist. Her interest in finding ways of working that are accessible to people affected by trauma and adversity led her to these mind-body practices, which have become part of her daily life.
