Closer Care is committed to improve the lives of people of all ages living with a physical, intellectual, psychosocial or sensory disability. Our services are offered across Greater Sydney, Central Coast, and Wollongong. Our team acknowledge the challenges that our clients face and strive to exceed service delivery expectations of each individual. We do this by providing a person led service that is results and outcomes based.
