Cross Cultural Community Services
Cross Cultural Community Services (CCCS) is led by three women of color with extensive knowledge and expertise in addressing the challenges faced by refugees, immigrants, and people of color in Maine. Our organization provides training on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), cultural differences, and policy and system change. We advocate for social justice and systemic change to ensure disenfranchised individuals receive fair and equitable treatment.
We offer coaching, consulting, facilitated meetings, and a multi-part EDI training series. We encourage organizations to schedule a free consultation to tailor our training to their specific needs. Understanding and implementing anti-oppression work is a lifelong commitment, and we seek partners ready to engage in continuous learning rather than "one-and-done" training sessions.
CCCS's mission is grounded in the values of social justice, equity, and inclusion. We strive to create a society where everyone has equal opportunities to succeed. Through customized training and advocacy, we aim to dismantle systemic barriers and promote lasting change. By collaborating with dedicated individuals and organizations, we work towards a more just and equitable world for all.
