Welcome! I am Dakota and I have been a part of 1ST PHORM since 2020. I have always been passionate about having an active lifestyle with sports and martial arts growing up. However, during Covid is really when I developed a strong connection with weightlifting. I am a United States Coast Guard veteran who struggled with finding community when I was discharged from active duty. I felt alone more than ever and had no one in my corner. This is why I believe in 1ST PHORM'S mission of helping others. Community is essential as we are not meant to live this life alone. This company has given me so much already. As a result, I would love to give back to those around me. I want to bring people together to not only improve their health but find community through all of this. I hope you join me on this journey!
