Hi there! I'm Eloise, and I am so excited to announce my new classes!

Eloise is a dynamic Pilates instructor, dedicated athlete, endurance runner, marathoner, and yogi with a profound passion for movement and mindfulness. With a background in competitive sports, including bodybuilding and long-distance running, she deeply understands the importance of strength, mobility, and mental resilience. As a Pilates instructor, Eloise combines her athletic expertise with mindful movement and breath to deliver dynamic, engaging sessions that enhance flexibility, stability, and overall well-being for individuals at all levels and abilities.

Her approach is grounded in a holistic philosophy—helping clients build strength from within, starting from where they are at while fostering a deep connection between the body and the mind. Eloise is committed to sharing the transformative power of Pilates, empowering a diverse community to move with confidence, prevent injuries, and achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Whether working with beginners or athletes, she creates an inclusive, motivating environment that inspires growth, strength, balance and mindful movement.
