Esme Lopez

Esme is an embodied yoga teacher and trainer, and a holistic healer. She has practiced yoga for 25 years, taught since 2008, and has been leading 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2020. She lives her life in a holistic, heart-led way and is always in search of deeper spiritual growth. For the past four years, she has been part of the Mito School, and now serves as its ambassador in the UK.

Her journey into yoga and energy work deepened when she became a mother 22 years ago. Yoga became her anchor – a way to reconnect with her body and nourish her soul. Reiki opened the door to spirituality and a sense of connection to something greater. Over time, she trained in Bach Flower Remedies, Kinesiology, and studied A Course in Miracles – a path of deep healing and inner understanding. Learning to read the Akashic Records, a practice she now teaches as a master, gave her the tools to listen to her soul’s guidance.

In 2023, Esme opened Blackhall Court Yoga, her own studio in Edinburgh, where she now runs all her offerings – from weekly classes and private sessions to immersive trainings and soulful events. This dedicated space allows her to hold deeper, more intentional experiences for her community.

Esme weaves together her lived experiences, intuitive insight, and body wisdom to guide her students and clients in meaningful, grounded ways. She offers a space where people can grow spiritually, challenge themselves physically, and feel truly seen. Her classes are joyful, creative, and deeply supportive – meeting each student where they are and helping them connect with their own inner teacher.

Alongside her studio offerings, Esme leads retreats in Scotland and Spain, offers Reiki and Akashic Records trainings, and runs advanced teacher trainings, including her signature sequencing course: The Art of Creating.
