HASU Zen
HASU High Performance Zen is a performance and wellbeing company dedicated to helping leaders, athletes, and teams sustain high performance through embodied awareness, clarity, and composure under pressure.
Core Principles
Resilience can be trained — composure, focus, and awareness are skills, not fixed traits.
Mind and body work as one system — wellbeing emerges when they are aligned.
Change is possible for everyone — through awareness, conscious choice, and consistent practice.
Stef, the founder, is an IMTA-accredited Zen Meditation & Mindfulness teacher, an RYT200 Zen Yoga teacher, and a Brain Coach. She is part of the Zenways teaching community and a student of Zen Master Daizan Skinner Roshi.
A former COO with over 20 years leading complex global operations in the aerospace and space sector, Stef knows firsthand what it takes to perform under pressure. Today, she works with leaders, athletes, and high-performing teams, helping them sustain peak performance while protecting their wellbeing.
Her teaching blends secular Zen practices with modern brain and body science, offering simple, practical techniques you can use in real life — at work, in sport, or at home.
HASU’s signature High Performance Programmes translate Zen-informed practices into tangible results for demanding roles and competitive environments. Alongside these, she offers a community-accessible version of the same methodology, allowing anyone with curiosity and commitment to experience the benefits of mindfulness, meditation, somatic awareness, and performance psychology.
Her sessions are welcoming, down-to-earth, and focused on what actually works, providing space to pause, reset, and build resilience — without the pressure of “doing it perfectly.”
This practice can help with: better sleep, reduced stress and burnout, less anxiety, sharper focus and memory, stronger resilience, and even slower ageing. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, low, worried, or stuck, you’re not alone — and you can benefit from this work.
No miracles. No quick fixes. Just practices proven over decades of science and centuries of Zen tradition — when you show up for yourself and commit to practise.
Stef’s sessions are designed to help you pause, restore, reconnect, and feel steady in everyday life.
