Penny Dillon is a Mental Health First Aid trainer with 25 years of experience working in and with the corporate, government, community and volunteer sectors. She understands how to engage with all levels of business, including senior management. Penny draws real examples from her personal life together with her experience volunteering at Lifeline as a Crisis Supporter.
She has worked with Optus, Westpac, NewsCorp, QBE, Pfizer, UAC, Lifeworks, Medibank, Springboard, NSW Government, Australian Counselling Association, Weir Minerals, Iress, Nufarm, DAWE and Anglicare.
Penny is a fun and engaging facilitator who is exceptional at connecting participants with the Mental Health First Aid content. Penny has a special interest in women's health and mental health. She lives in Sydney with her three voraciously hungry teenage boys, foodie husband and beloved Staffy.
