I am a 28-year-old Spanish wine professional based in Cork, Ireland, with formal training from the Escuela Española de Cata in Madrid—one of Spain’s foremost wine education institutions. There, I trained under some of the country’s most respected wine authorities and earned certifications in four specialized areas:
-Climates and Soils of Spain, with a focus on terroir expression and viticultural impact.
-Advanced Wine Tasting, centered on organoleptic precision and technical evaluation.
-Wine Tasting Specialist, emphasizing structured methodology and professional tasting communication.
-Sommelier Certification, covering professional wine service and cellar practices, structured tasting and evaluation, pairing methodology. Including knowledge about spirits, coffee, teas and water.
Currently, I design and lead guided wine tasting events in Cork, combining technical wine knowledge with engaging and educational experiences. I specialise in Spanish wine regions and D.O. classifications.
