Overview

A nervous-system-led, embodied movement journey to reconnect with your body, breath & inner guidance.

Beloved soul, welcome to the Somatic Flow Circle — a spacious container designed to gently guide you into embodied presence, intuitive movement, and nervous system regulation..

About this event

This Somatic Flow Circle is a gentle invitation to move in an intentional & body-led way — one that is rooted in listening rather than doing. Instead of using fixed sequences or focusing on external alignment, this practice unfolds from within, guided by sensation, breath, and your own inner impulses.

We begin by arriving together, taking a moment to land and set an intention, before easing into a nourishing somatic flow that weaves softness, fluidity, and spacious choice throughout the practice.

What we’ll weave together:

  • warm welcome & soft arrival
  • nervous-system-led somatic practices
  • soft yoga-inspired flows & embodied movement
  • options for stillness or more expressive exploration
  • yin asanas with reflective prompts
  • conscious breathing exercises
  • guided meditation & visualisation
  • journaling for integration
  • a unified closing prayer & sharing circle

You are always invited to move in a way that feels safe and authentic for you — resting, flowing, pausing, or expressing, as needed.

Each Circle is guided by a specific intention and the collective field, supporting regulation, self-trust, and embodied clarity.

The session is held live via Zoom — the link will be shared upon registration.

What is a Somatic Flow Circle?

Somatic Flow is a gentle, intuitive movement practice rooted in somatics, nervous system awareness, and embodied presence. Instead of “doing” shapes or posing, you are invited to feel, sense, and respond — allowing movement to emerge organically from within.

This practice supports:

  • regulation of the nervous system
  • reconnection with your body’s innate intelligence
  • release of held tension and emotional charge
  • fluidity, safety, and trust in movement
  • a deeper sense of wholeness and inner coherence

It is a space to soften control, meet yourself honestly, and move in relationship with your body — moment by moment.

Benefits of this practice

  • Nervous system regulation & grounding
  • Increased body awareness and sensitivity
  • Greater ease, fluidity & trust in movement
  • Emotional release and integration
  • Deep presence and embodied clarity
  • A felt sense of safety, vitality, and self-connection

About me

Hi beloved, I’m Isabel — a somatic yoga teacher, HEKA energy facilitator, nutritionist (M.Sc.) and raw living foods enthusiast from Austria, devoted to embodied spirituality and the remembrance of our innate vitality.

My background includes over 800 hours of Yoga Teacher Trainings in India (Vinyasa & Ashtanga), a Meditation TTC in Thailand, Somatic Yin Yoga Training in Germany, and HEKA Facilitator (Living Light Transmission / Life Force Activation) Trainings in Bali.

Rooted in both nutritional science and somatic awareness, my work bridges nutrition, movement, and energy — supporting people in restoring safety in their bodies, rebuilding trust with nourishment, and grounding their spiritual awareness into lived, embodied experience.

Through yoga, somatics, and energy work, I create spaces where the body feels safe enough to soften, listen, and remember.

This Circle is an invitation for you to come home to yourself — gently, honestly, and in your own rhythm.

I’m very much looking forward to flowing with you.
With love,
Isabel 🤍
