In this Yin-Vinyasa Fusion, I’ll guide you through a dynamic yet reflective journey blending mindful stillness and playful, embodied movement. This practice helps you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, release tension, and restore balance—leaving you centered, free, and energized.

We’ll begin with intention-setting and grounding Yin moments, seamlessly flow into a somatic-inspired Vinyasa Flow (Yang) to ignite curiosity and freedom, and close with deep stretches and introspection.

About Me

I’m Isabel, a somatic yoga (vinyasa & yin) teacher and life force energy facilitator from Austria. My classes are a blend of yoga, somatics, and embodiment practices to help you reconnect with your authentic Self through mindful awareness and intuitive movement. I’ve trained extensively in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, meditation, Somatic Yin Yoga, and Kundalini energy.
