By blending clinical insight with advanced theological research and executive coaching, I deliver holistic, trauma-informed, personal and professional development.Trauma & Trauma TheologyMedical Foundation: As a retired medical doctor (MBChB) with a postgraduate Diploma in Child Health, I bring a physiological understanding of how trauma impacts human experience.Theological Lens: I hold an MA in Missional Leadership and Spirituality; my research explored how the lived theologies of trauma survivors shape a trauma-healing theology. This work continues as I embark on doctoral studies, directly informing the theological components of my work.Ministry & Mental Health: Years working with disenfranchised young people and their communities, paired with a Certificate in Children and Young People’s Mental Health, grounds what I bring in lived experience.Integrated Training & WorkshopsComprehensive Delivery: My workshops and training programmes translate complex concepts into practical, lived action, specifically covering trauma, trauma theology, and mentoring.Accredited Quality: All the trauma training I deliver has been accredited by the Association of Christians in Counseling (ACC) as CPD in Pastoral Care. I hold an Australian Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, have previously designed accredited courses in the UK, and am an approved Continuing Professional Development provider (CPD Provider #787459) with The CPD Group.Safe Spaces: Holding a Certificate in Restorative Practice Conference Facilitation Skills, I ensure that all group learning and workshops are delivered in a safe, restorative, and collaborative way.Coaching & MentoringProfessional Standards: I am an Accredited Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, an Accredited Coach with the Association of Christian Counsellors, and hold a Level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring for Executives and Senior Leaders.The Impact: This advanced expertise shapes my coaching and mentoring practice. Crucially, it also informs how I train others—ensuring that whether I am teaching trauma theology or equipping new mentors, participants are empowered to implement real-life change in their lives and practice.
