Wellbeing and mental health at work is a hot topic (and a hot potato). We’ve seen too many people edged out and left out because of mental health and, to stop this, we need to tackle the problem together. Because only humans can fix a human-based problem. People Unlimited are a team skilled in co-production – we bring expertise, energy, practical experience and humanity to this critical issue. Because no two organisations are the same, we design bespoke programmes that build foundations for a mentally healthy organisation, including corporate culture and wellbeing programmes, mental health strategy and training, and employee courses and facilitation. So far, we’ve trained over 20,000 people in 97 organisations. 99% of them recommend our approach, saying it has made a difference to the way they do their job. And their workplaces report reduced sickness and staff turnover, and increased collaboration and confidence. We are: clinically experienced in mental health; skilled in employee engagement and culture change; expert co-producers, trainers and facilitators; supportive allies at every step of the journey; proven in the most change-resistant organisations.
