High Line Spotlight: Specialized Tour

On summer evenings, the High Line transforms from a park to an open-air dance floor where New Yorkers and visitors come together to enjoy the sounds of local salsa legends and learn dance moves from the best in NYC.

Hear the story behind New York City’s park in the sky.

Join High Line Wellness free programming, designed specifically with older adults in mind.

Join us this Pride month! We’re recreating a classic NYC piano bar experience and bringing it to a beautiful, open-air setting on the park.

If the High Line is a landmark today, much of the credit goes to the LGBTQ+ community, who encountered the structure during the 70s, 80s, and 90s, when it was hidden in plain sight.
