• Tarot Evenings.

I strive to share the wisdom of energy healing, spirituality, and personal development. My professional journey into the Healing Arts started in 2020. Ever since, I have completed extensive training in Master Level Reiki, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Herbcraft, Chakra Activation, Crystal and Ancestral Spirit Work. What is What:

• Reiki is a transformative practice that helps you connect with your inner light.

• Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TSY) is not about fitness, or pushing oneself to the limit. It is a technique to find your way back into your body when life becomes overwhelming.

• Tarot is a way to look within, connect with your subconscious and your spiritual guides.

Level: Come as you are - no experience needed.

Equipment: Yogamats are provided! Water and vegan snacks too.

Group: Spots are always limited to 5-8 people, to keep it intimate and comfortable for everyone.
