Child Enrichment
Child Enrichment provides a voice and a path forward for local children who have been abused, neglected, abandoned, and trafficked unlike any other nonprofit in the CSRA. We do this through our highly trained and dedicated volunteers and staff, children-first approach, and free of charge services and resources for local children and families.
Child Enrichment is a local nonprofit with two nationally and state accredited programs under our umbrella: the Child Advocacy Center (CAC), which provides forensic interviews when child abuse is suspected, trauma counseling, and family and medical advocacy, and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), which recruits and trains community volunteers to provide one-to-one advocacy for local children in foster care. All services are free of charge to families.
Each year, we serve over 1,000 children in Richmond, Columbia, Burke, McDuffie, Talliaferro, Lincoln, Warren, Wilkes, and Glascock Counties. Child Enrichment has helped more than 24,500 local children since opening our doors in 1978.
Since our services are free of charge, we rely on the support of donors like you to help guide these children back on their path to healing and brighter future. Donations are tax-deductible, as are portions of ticket prices for special events.
