Hi, I'm Natalia, thank you for visiting my Eventbrite Profile! I am from Bogotá, Colombia and have been living in Vienna, Austria for the past 24 years.

For over 14 years, I have led complex international projects where the real challenge was never logistics — it was people. Bringing together artists, executives, technical teams, media and institutions who didn't speak each other's language, and turning that complexity into something that worked and that mattered.

Today I bring that experience to where it belongs: the social dimension of sustainability. The "S" in ESG — diversity and inclusion, stakeholder engagement, community impact, human-centered leadership and organizational culture — is where my strengths and my values meet.

My foundation is unusual and deliberate: an MBA in Project Management (WU Vienna), executive leadership training with a focus on ESG and strategic resilience, and a certification in spirituality within psychosocial professions. I founded and led a company for over a decade, delivering 280+ international projects across Europe, Latin America and the U.S, managing budgets, deadlines, and teams of up to 84 people under high pressure.

What sets me apart is the combination rarely found together: operational rigor and deep human sensitivity. I lead with structure and with heart. I am trilingual (Spanish, German, English), have lived across cultures my whole life, and I am at my best building bridges — between people, between disciplines, and between purpose and strategy.

I am now looking to bring this to an organization that takes its social and human responsibility seriously.
