Hey, I’m Amber! Real estate broker, business owner, educator, and apparently someone who doesn’t know how to sit still.

I’ve spent 17+ years in real estate, and somewhere along the way, I developed a borderline unhealthy obsession with making this industry better. Especially when it comes to education, leadership, and the ridiculous number of things agents do simply because “that’s how we’ve always done it.”

As the founder of White Label Training, I teach everything from contracts and compliance to AI, business strategy, and brokerage leadership. My classes aren’t about reading PowerPoint slides to a room full of people questioning their life choices. We’re going to laugh, challenge some outdated thinking, have a few uncomfortable conversations, and actually LEARN something useful.

I’ve been fortunate enough to earn some pretty cool recognition along the way, including 2025 ABOR Industry Awards Broker of the Year and two-time Educator of the Year. I’m also the 2027 Chair of the Texas REALTORS Risk Reduction Committee, because apparently I enjoy spending my free time talking about everything that can go wrong in real estate.

Here’s what you should know about me - I’m passionate, opinionated, often sarcastic, and genuinely invested in helping people become better at what they do (whatever their role is in real estate).

I don’t believe continuing education should feel like punishment for having a real estate license.

So, if you’re looking for someone to read you 87 slides while you secretly answer emails, I’m probably not your girl.
