Amber Sound Baths

Hello! My name is Amber. My mission is to create a safe and relaxing space for you to practice conscious relaxation and meditation.

Sound bath meditations use a combination of ancient and modern practices to balance the chakra system, release energy blockages, and ground the body, mind, and spirit. The practice allows for the body to ease into its parasympathetic nervous system, or its "rest and digest" state. Allow yourself to be submersed in the healing frequencies as you enter a state of deep relaxation.
