This 3-module Workshop is our offering to those seeking restoration through body and art—through presence, play, and practice.

This practice is therapeutic. It is a way to accept, to honor, to celebrate. To make the feminine body fun, sensual, and liberate it from the stereotype.

Recognizing the infinite variety of bodies is a form of respect. We want you to connect with the feminine body – starting with your own.

We hope participants in the workshop can experience from this exercise of self-reflection, a liberation from within, that can be healing and truly unique.
