ANCHOR offers a small, community based space for parents who are struggling with their child's behaviour, emotional outbursts or sensory needs. A calm, supportive environment where you can feel understood and begin to see your child's behaviour as communication - not just something to manage.

Delivered at NHS locations and open to families across Greater London.

Our approach

ANCHOR supports parents to better understand their child's behaviour and respond with more confidence in everyday situations. We focus on interpreting behaviour as communication. Our approach draws on psychology and sensory understanding, but focuses on what actually works in real life situations. The aim is to help you respond more consistently, so things begin to feel calmer and more stable for you and your child overtime.
