I have over 15 years of experience working in payroll, human resources, employment law and church infrastructure. I have committed my life to improving the lives of those around me. I have found that there are some fundamental leadership skills true in every area of our lives, whether it is in the board room in a corporate setting, with our mentoring program in a volunteer setting or the church leadership meeting. One of my favorite services is workshops and training sessions. Here I can provide the opportunity for your team to learn techniques for growth and development by combining teaching, interactive exercises and role playing. My reward is seeing the participants truly connect so that they can make a difference in the lives of those they serve, add value to the organization or ministry that they represent and personally grow as a person of influence. We will work through goal setting and communication exercises that will bring cohesiveness to your group ultimately increasing productivity due to the positive influences each member will have on the group as a whole. In addition, I will at your request, incorporate your organization’s meeting theme, mission /vision statement or build on your existing training schedule to best fit the needs of your group. WORKSHOPS: Carmela offers workshops and leadership development to non-profit organizations and corporations. Workshops provides the opportunity for your team to learn techniques for growth and development. Carmela’s seminars combine teaching, interactive exercises and role playing. Participants will leave with practical tools and resources necessary to help them make a difference in the lives of those they serve, add value to the organization or ministry that they represent and personally grow as a person of influence. Workshops range from Customer Service, Administrative Assistants, Church Infrastructure to Management & Core Leadership Development. CONSULTING: Because of her extensive background in Payroll, Human Resources, Employment Law & Church Infrastructure and Church Leadership, Carmela also provides consulting services in these areas.
