Epilepsy Action’s free support groups welcome anybody living with epilepsy to talk, listen and share experiences in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Whether you’re new to epilepsy or have been living with epilepsy for a long time, our groups offer a place for you to ask questions, share stories and connect with other people who understand.
