Greetings! I'm Heather, thrilled to have you here. With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades as a licensed medical massage therapist in Ohio, my focus lies in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and the management of Lymphedema (LE) and/or Lipedema.

Beyond offering therapeutic massages, a substantial part of my time is devoted to training medical massage students and fellow therapists in high-demand modalities, boasting a decade of teaching experience. I conduct classes across the United States and Caribbean.

Holding certification from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Lymphedema Management, I bring expertise in treating lymphedema and related conditions. As an NCBTMB provider for continuing education, my emphasis is on imparting a thorough understanding of the lymphatic system to fellow therapists.

My teaching portfolio includes advanced courses in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Lymphedema Maintenance (Vodder, Chikly), Myofascial Release (Barnes, Rontall), Trigger Point Therapy (Travell & Simons), and more. Annually, I travel to share my knowledge with esteemed organizations like AMTA, LMT Success Group, and through my independent business, delivering top-notch instruction in specialized therapeutic techniques.
