Higher Frequency Live™ is a UK-based wellbeing and relaxation brand creating deeply restorative experiences for modern life.

Founded by Holly, a nervous-system and vibrational frequency led facilitator and creator of the Higher Frequency Rewire™ Method, Higher Frequency Live™ hosts immersive sound experiences and guided relaxation events designed to help people slow down, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with their natural state of calm, clarity and inner safety…so they can feel safe to RECEIVE.

Our events are held in beautiful, grounding spaces — including historic churches — and are created for those who give a lot, think deeply, and are ready to experience rest that actually changes how they feel long after the event ends.

Rather than “pushing to manifest,” our work focuses on relaxation first — because when the nervous system settles, life around us naturally begins to shift.
