Lead Innovation Day brings directors in charge of innovation, digital or AI to EDHEC in Paris for a day spent on their own problems. Everyone applies. Consultants and service providers can't take a participant seat, and nobody pays for one: partners fund the day.

Speakers lead AI and transformation projects inside large companies, and they tell what broke along the way. In 2026 that meant Decathlon, Schneider Electric, Sodexo, Pierre & Vacances and the Italian Ministry of Labour. Then participants take the same questions into small groups and workshops.

It started in 2017 as Lean Startup Day Paris. About 1,000 people have come since. One of them described the 2026 mix as "doubters, testers, builders".
