I'm a 41-year old British/German feminist with a portfolio freelancing setup: I'm a systemic life/business coach, mental health coach, trainer, moderator, mediator, sys. organisational consultant, and facilitator.

I grew up in England and have been living abroad, mostly in Berlin, since 2008. Whilst continuing to explore my own journey in life - from career change, motherhood, poly parenting, separation, sexuality, freelancing, and coping with a politically divided world, I want to connect and support other people - especially other womxn - on their own journeys. I am interested in topics such as mental health, purpose, mindfulness, connection, boundary-setting, assertiveness, imposter syndrome, relationship-dynamics, trauma-informed coaching, tantra, and the "body-mind" unity.
