Liz is a massive people person. Her career has had a lot of variation but has always been based around supporting, coaching and connecting people, and is very much about helping people love themselves again.

Liz has a degree in Nursing and a post-grad diploma in health promotion.  Liz has been through her own journey and is now passionate about living life to the full, and in supporting others to do so. She is a Certified Life Coach, as well as the Lead Coach and Team Coach at Taranaki Retreat and Founder of The Hummingbird Collective.
