Since 2012, Rachael has been a guide to others on their healing journey. She is a somatic life coach, yoga, meditation & breath work facilitator and hypnotherapist that believes it is every human's birthright to live a fulfilling and satisfying life.

Rachael loves people and loves bringing them together! Hosting retreats was a natural evolution for her - since 2015 she's hosted over 30 international, 7+ day retreats! Only recently she began bringing the magic of her week long retreats to one-day local retreats.

When she's not creating something or working on a new project, you can find her hanging out with her 2 adorable grandsons.
