I’m Rick Martínez, a James Beard Award–winning chef and best-selling cookbook author. I teach Mexican cooking the way I actually cook at home — focused on technique, context, and understanding, not just following recipes. My classes are live and interactive, and they’re meant to feel like we're cooking together in my kitchen, with time for real-time questions and conversation. I care a lot about helping people feel more confident and comfortable cooking Mexican food, and about explaining why things work so you can use the ideas again and again in your own kitchen.
