We’re Lucy and Louise, two friends with a shared passion for movement, mindfulness, and creating meaningful spaces for people to pause, reset, and reconnect.
Lucy is a yoga, breathwork, and group fitness instructor who helps busy women feel grounded, strong, and more like themselves again. Formerly in the corporate world working in buying, she now brings that experience into the wellness space with a practical, down-to-earth approach. With a background in communication and events, she’s all about creating calm, supportive spaces where women feel seen and empowered.
Louise is a hypnotherapist with a background in wellness and marketing, and a busy mum who understands how hard it can be to find space for yourself. She’s passionate about helping women release stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt, and reconnect with calm, confidence, and clarity.
Expect cosy, uplifting events that blend movement, breath and connection, always with a warm cup of something in hand.
