Stephanie Whiting

Stephanie Whiting is a Loan Officer and Branch Manager for a mortgage lender. She has a passion for helping her clients obtain financing for their new home. She started working in the mortgage industry with her first full-time job as a receptionist for a wholesale mortgage lender. Moving up and around in her career give her expertise in underwriting, funding, processing, and docs. Her drive to help others obtain home financing stemmed from when her and her husband first bought their home. The unpleasant experience was a pivotal moment in her career. “If I experienced these issues, and I’m in the business, I can’t imagine how others feel. It shouldn’t be like this when buying a home!” She takes pride in helping her clients understand the process and explain everything to her clients and is always available after keys are handed out to answer any and all questions.
