We organise virtual races to help motivate people to exercise whether you're a casual walker, just started running, training for an event or a seasoned ultra runner. Our virtual races give people the chance to run without having to travel to running events. The races are all themed and you receive a beautiful medal for your achievement. Our mission at The Running Bug is to give encourage and motivate people to keep fit and be able to enjoy running regardless of age and ability. We offer children's races as well as adults and families. We even have dog runs. We also have a community on social media and Strava where runners can share activities, tell stories, post pictures and make new friends.
